As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, statements, and reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist in inventory management.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and related tasks.
• Collaborate with the finance team on financial analysis and budgeting activities.
• Provide support during financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 0.5-1 year of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
