Our Management

The founding stone of Dhand Steels, the leading bright bar manufacturers in Ludhiana today was laid by Lt. Shri Manohar Lal Dhand in the year 1974. In 1977, Mr. J.P. Dhand followed his father’s footsteps and joined the company. In its initial stages, Dhand Steels manufactured bright hex bars, particularly for the bicycle industry. Over the years, the company increased its product portfolio, and today is ranked among the leading growing MSMEs.

Mr. Nikhil Dhand and Mr. Varun Dhand are the present partners of the company, both seasoned engineers striving to make Dhand Steels count as one of the most respected and preferred steel bright bar manufacturers in the country. After they gained charge in 2010, they have been able to expand their reach from 3 to 15 states in India, and the company now boasts of three working units in Ludhiana spread across 35,200 sq. feet, equipped with all the latest machinery and technology like Shotblasting machines.

What started as a vision of one man has a lot of feathers in its cap today. Completing a journey of almost five decades, Dhand Steels has numerous milestones to its credit and has come a long way. The company has been able to achieve the status it has today because the management, since the beginning, has believed in fulfilling their commitments and delivering promises.
