Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and ensure their information is accurate and up to date.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
• Utilize hiring platforms and tools effectively to streamline the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0-6 Month of experience in recruitment or HR field (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Familiarity with various hiring platforms and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
